The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator and includes: - 1 main room with a double sofa bed and a smart TV - 1 coffee table that doubles as a dining table - 1 fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine) - 1 shower stall located in the main room - 1 separate toilet Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning Please note: The neighborhood is central and lively day and night, with a vibrant street life rooted in its history. The building’s common areas are historic and reflect the character of Parisian buildings. Please also note: the studio is a small space. It can sleep 2 people on the double sofa bed, but it is better suited to one person, especially for a stay of several months. The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each person.

This apartment is offered exclusively under a “mobility lease” for a temporary stay of 1 to 10 months, in accordance with the framework established by French law.
