This apartment is offered exclusively under a “mobility lease” for a temporary stay of 1 to 10 months, in accordance with the framework established by French law. It is intended specifically for: - Students, interns, or work-study participants - Employees on assignment - Individuals relocating for work - Consultants or employees temporarily housed by their company To review your request and verify your eligibility for the mobility lease, please send us a message clearly explaining the context of your stay: reason for the move, desired duration, employment or student status, number of occupants, etc. Before final approval, supporting documents will be requested to confirm your eligibility: - ID, proof of enrollment, internship agreement, etc. - Employment contract, assignment order, employer’s certificate, etc. - Or any document substantiating the temporary nature of your stay By submitting a reservation request, you confirm that you have read and understood these specific terms, agree to provide the necessary supporting documents, and agree to sign the corresponding lease agreement.
