This property is available for medium-term rental only with a rental contract. It's ideal for people who need to change residence temporarily for professional reasons such as transfers or assignments, for students, and for young people in training, work-study or internships. With this rental, you're entitled to a flat rate of 70 euros per month for electricity consumption, i.e. 350 kwh (0.20 centimes per kwh). Beyond this amount, you will be billed for the cost of the kwh, with readings taken before and after your stay.
