This property is available for medium-term rental with a rental contract only. It is ideal for people who need to change residence temporarily for professional reasons such as transfers or assignments, for students, as well as for young people in training, on sandwich courses or on work placements. With this rental, you are entitled to a flat rate of 100 euros per month for electricity consumption, i.e. 500 kwh (0.20 centimes per kwh). Beyond this amount, you will be billed for the cost of the kwh, with readings taken before and after your stay. Out of respect for electricity consumption, we ask you to systematically switch off lights and appliances when you are not using them, and to adopt eco-responsible gestures throughout your stay.
