Bathroom: A functional bathroom with a shower, a welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo, and a hairdryer. A toilet is integrated into the bathroom for added convenience. This property is available for medium-term rental only with a rental contract. It's ideal for people who need to change residence temporarily for professional reasons such as transfers or assignments, for students, and for young people in training, work-study or internships. With this rental, you are entitled to a flat rate of 100 euros per month for electricity consumption, i.e. 500 kwh (0.20 centimes per kwh). Beyond this amount, you will be billed for the cost of the kwh, with readings taken before and after your stay.
